The Buenos Aires police have arrested Fernando González (18), alias 'El Ratón', who is accused of being the second perpetrator of an armed attack against First Petty Officer of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, Lucas Juan Cáceres (31), which occurred days ago in Lanús during the robbery of his motorcycle.
